I’m Silvina (Sil) Coria — Founder & Principal Advisor of Governance Forward, independent advisor, international speaker and author. I call the Netherlands, Argentina and Italy home, and bring more than 30 years of international experience to my work.
My career spans multinational businesses, start-ups and high-growth technology, and multilateral organisations. I’ve led regional compliance, built a global risk and controls function, and directed integrated oversight. Across these different worlds, one thread has remained constant: lasting progress depends on people.
Today, I help leaders and teams strengthen their judgement, work more effectively and embrace what comes next. I also work with organisations of all sizes to strengthen their oversight capabilities through advisory and assurance.
Alongside my executive career, I’ve chaired and co-chaired international professional networks and supported the next generation through education, training and mentoring.
I’m passionate about developing young talent and helping leaders at every level build the judgement, confidence and influence to strengthen governance.
